The Alpenrose Condominiums are located in the heart of Breckenridge at 400 South French Street. With beautiful scenery all around you it’s like a breath of fresh air to arrive at your condo, take off your ski boots and enjoy the atmosphere of the Rocky Mountains. Our property is only a two block walk to Main Street in Breckenridge where shopping and dining is moments away.
This quaint setting offers 1 and 2 bedroom condos, plus onsite hot tubs, community coin laundry room, and large common area sitting room all in the lower level. All condos sleep 6, have one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, queen bed in the master and either a set of twin beds in the 2nd bedroom or bunk beds in the den.
Area Activities and Recreation – Summer: Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Boating & Rafting or a day of Shopping. Winter: Skiing & Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides, Ice-skating, or Tubing.
